Growth in 2011 gross profit and increase in EBITDA confirmed at year-end

NETBOOSTER (FR0000079683 – ALNBT), the leading independent interactive communication agency in Europe, announces its sales and gross profit for the 2011 financial year. Since Raphaël Zier assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer last spring, NetBooster has reported improved business performance quarter after quarter.

Gross Profit

Consolidated sales and gross profit for the 2011 financial year totalled € 27.7 million, an increase of 21% compared to 2010. Therefore, the Group went well beyond the objective it had announced in October of double-digit full-year growth, due mainly to a strong 4th quarter 2011 (up 26% compared to the 4th quarter of 2010).

This thriving business trend enabled NetBooster to confirm its objective of a significant increase in 4th quarter 2011 Ebitda, compared to the 3rd quarter of 2011.

Raphael Zier, Chairman and CEO of NetBooster stated: “I would like to congratulate all of the Group’s teams for their work, which enabled us to finish the year on a strong note. As is the case for gross profit, we will not disappoint the market on the release of our Ebitda for the 4th quarter of 2011, which should post sequential growth of at least 40% compared to the 3rd quarter. We have entered into a virtuous cycle which should continue into 2012. We are now reaping the first fruits of our restructuring and our focus on innovative, higher added value offerings, especially in real-time advertising and social networks. This favourable trend can already be seen clearly in France and in Germany and will gradually extend to the other countries in which we operate. This recovery is also the result of the successful integration of MetaPeople’s teams who joined us in May. Lastly, the acquisition of TradeDoublers search marketing division, finalised at the end of December, opens up a significant potential for growth in the UK.
