We are a young and dynamic performance marketing company that is active at national and international level in the fields of search engine advertising (SEA), search engine optimisation (SEO), paid social, programmatic, affiliate marketing and web analytics. Merging with the NetBooster Group in 2011 gave us an opportunity to significantly expand our international expertise. Today we employ about 20 people in the areas of account management, AdOps management and strategic consulting at our Swiss office in Zurich and approximately 800 people worldwide at our other offices, such as London, Paris, Dubai, New York etc.

We are looking for team players and motivated individuals with a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in RTA and media planning and procurement to perform the varied tasks of Media Trader / Account Management Online Display Media


Your tasks

  • New customer management / supporting and advising existing clients
  • Expanding RTA media competence at the Zurich office
  • Designing real-time advertising campaigns (display media)
  • Developing campaigns according to strategic aspects
  • Operational support and optimisation of RTA media campaigns
  • Procurement and price negotiations (private deals)
  • Interaction with the internal Technical Account Management as well as external technical contacts, creative agencies, partners, service providers and customers
  • Reporting & processing campaign results


Your profile

  • You already have at least two years’ experience in online display marketing, ideally in the field of RTA or media planning and procurement
  • Ideally, you are also familiar with the technical aspects of a display campaign, in the area of trading desks, AdManagement and tracking.
  • You like analytical contexts, are good with numbers and also come up with your own ideas
  • You work accurately and diligently, with the ability to work independently
  • You are used to working in a team and neither lose track nor your sense of humour, even when the pressure is on
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German as well as French as a second language would be ideal
  • Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of other languages such as Italian would be an advantage
