Marketing Automation Manager

Vi søger en marketing automation manager til at understøtte et øget fokus på CRM aktiviteter for vores større danske, nordiske og internationale kunder. Det er et spændende og ansvarsfuldt job med fokus på datadrevet kommunikation. Dine primære opgaver vil være at opsætte og eksekvere kampagner for vores kunder i både vores egenudviklede platforme, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Responsys samt Mailchimp.

Ansvarsområder

  • Opsætning, test og udsendelse af kampagner, herunder nyhedsbreve, flows, triggers m.v.
  • Planlægning og koordinering af kampagner med kunder og projektledere
  • Orkestrere kommunikation til modtagerne på tværs af kanaler (email, sms, chatbots, apps mv.)
  • Superbruger på eloqua, responsys, mailchimp og egenudviklede platforme
  • Sikre data og tracking samt integration til andre systemer
  • Medvirke til fortsat udvikling af vores CRM- aktiviteter

Hvis du har erfaring med Eloqua eller Mailchimp er det et plus, men det er noget vi sørger for at du lærer.

Personlige egenskaber

Du har gode skriftlige kommunikative evner og besidder evnen til hurtigt at forstå og bruge nye systemer. Du er grundig, arbejder selvstændigt og tager ansvar for opgaverne, men trives med samarbejde og sparring. Du motiveres af at arbejde for og med kunder, der stiller krav og af at være en del af et travlt og ambitiøst team samt en virksomhed i udvikling.

Du holder dig opdateret med den nyeste faglige viden og forstår at bringe den i spil.

Uddannelsesmæssig baggrund kan være kombineret teknisk og forretningsmæssig med fokus på digitale platforme og UX/CX.

Are you passionate about digital communication, marketing automation and ‘the great customer experience’?

At NetBooster we are currently hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to support our large Danish, Nordic and international clients and their ever growing need for more CRM activities. It is an exciting position that will require you to show initiative and be responsible with a focus on data driven communication. Your primary tasks will involve planning, setting up and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. You will be operating on our own custom CRM platforms, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Responsys and Mailchimp. Excellent Danish capabilities both verbally and written are needed.

Areas of responsibility

  • Setup, test and execution of marketing campaigns. E.g. newsletters, flows, triggers etc.
  • Planning and coordination of campaigns with clients and project managers.
  • Orchestration of communication to recipients across multiple channels (email, sms, chatbots, apps etc.).
  • Super User on all our platforms.
  • Super User on eloqua, responsys, mailchimp og own custom CRM platforms.
  • Securing data and tracking along with integration to other systems.
  • Taking part in ongoing development of our CRM activities.

Any experience with Oracle Eloqua or Mailchimp is a definite advantage, but not an absolute requirement as we will provide you with the necessary education and training.

You are thorough, are able to work independently and take responsibility for the tasks that you are given, but also thrive in close cooperation in teams.

You are motivated by working for clients with high expectations and by being part of a busy and ambitious team in a rapidly growing company. You stay up-to-date with best practices and make sure to utilize this in your work.

Your educational background can be combined by technical- and business experience with a focus on digital platforms and UX/CX.

You will be part of our Studio team which currently consists of ten high performing and experienced designers and developers. You will immediately feel the close bond that connects dedicated colleagues across the different teams and offices in both Copenhagen, Aarhus and our other European and international offices. Life in the office is varied, informel and fun – also during peak periods when the workload gets heavy. We are a social bunch of cake enthusiasts and fridaybar professionals that value and enjoy sharing stories over lunch.  

Salary and terms of employment will be negotiated based on qualifications.
