Appointment of Director of Operations
Nils Carlsson was previously Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Danish company Guava A/S, introduced in Denmark, Finland, Norway, the United Kingdom and Sweden. Named after the entry of NetBooster capital of Guava A / S, Nils has contributed actively to the relief of Danish society and participated in bringing the two groups.
In the second half of 2010, NetBooster initiated a process of operational integration of Guava A / S in order to benefit from synergies between the two groups and optimize its organization for the benefit of its customers and shareholders. The appointment of Nils Carlsson as Director of Operations is a natural extension of this ambitious integrated development strategy of both companies. This approach will strengthen the Group's organization and operational synergies and extend its offer for the benefit of its international clients.

Nils Carlsson NetBooster brings his experience from 16 years of top management in the world of Telecom, Internet and Multimedia. Before joining Guava A / S, Nils has held the positions of Vice-President Marketing & Sales operator Telenor AB and Director at Vodafone Group.
