Estée Lauder Companies is among the largest and most respected businesses in the beauty industry, with products sold in more than 135 countries worldwide. With a focus on innovation and quality, Estée Lauder Companies wanted NetBooster to drive customer engagement and desirability for their brand Clinique.
The main objectives were to:
- Increase newsletter sign-ups
- Highlight select product series from Clinique while increasing customer interaction by creating new brand content
- Design unique mobile applications for users to get involved with the Clinique product series
- The NetBooster team created an online campaign concept designed to encourage user involvement in a fun, and exciting way
- We then created a competition for Denmark and Sweden, where users chose their favourite combination of colours from the Clinique products for the chance to win unique prizes
- Our focus was on creating true involvement and quality conversions
77% of the participants signed up for Clinique’s newsletter.
