As Co-founder of ABN Amro Capital France; he successfully led over 30 IT investments, a majority of which were subsequently listed. Having acquired a small French industrial company in 1992, restoring it to profitability and selling it at a profit 18 months later, he demonstrates strong entrepreneurial experience.

Benjamin Faes is currently the Managing Director of Customer Solutions and Innovations at Google for Northern and Central Europe. Prior to joining Google, he was Managing Director of AOL France. Benjamin received his degree from the ESSEC Business School in Paris and holds a private pilot license.

Andreas von Habsburg started his investment banking career in 1989, he then spent 7 years with BNP Paribas before joining UBS in April 2000. He has extensive transaction experience in European M&A and privatizations in a wide variety of industries. He has a special interest in family-controlled businesses and family wealth governance topics.

Tim Ringel was appointed as Group CEO in July 2013. He founded the metapeople group which became part of NetBooster Group in 2011 and joined the management team. Tim has been in the digital communication industry for more than 15 years developing digital strategies for major international blue chip clients.

Thomas Armbruster was appointed as Group COO in July 2013. Tom previously worked in the Corporate Finance sector as an advisor for over 10 years before he joined metapeople group in 2010 from UBS.
Vincent Added joined the group in 2010 as International Finance Director after 10 years’ experience in audit (Deloitte) and Finance. In June 2011, he was appointed Group CFO and he is responsible for Group consolidation , all accounting and controlling topics.
Natalie Dusey joined the NetBooster management team in May 2013, as General Secretary for the Group. With over 10 years’ experience in corporate governance and compliance, she is responsible for the the efficient administration of the Company particularly ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

A former investment banker and entrepreneur, Cian has over 15 years of corporate finance experience gained with RBS, Commerzbank and JP Morgan Chase. He successfully built companies in France and the UK in the Power & Utilities space.

After working for Google, Emmanuel joined NetBooster consulting mainly in Search and Affiliate Marketing for our large French clients. Subsequent to directing the French SEO team for NetBooster France, he was appointed Head of NetBooster Premium. In December 2013 he was appointed as Country Manager in the UK.

Kristoffer Ewald, an international speaker currently heads the DNA team at NetBooster. He founded ‘The Milk’ in 2005, which was acquired by NetBooster Group in 2007. Kris has lead the Digital Analytics Association in Denmark where he received a certificate of honor in Digital Strategies and is a member of the board at Danish Digital Agencies.

Jens joined the group in 2009, and is now head of the Nordic operations at NetBooster and a member of the Group management Strategy Committee. He has 25 years of international management and consulting experience with IT, Telecom and Media at IBM and other international companies in Denmark, UK, Hong Kong and Germany.

Hans Jørgen Albertsen has over 25 years of experience working for international communication agencies in advertising, CRM, dialogue programs as well as senior strategic and concept development consultancy for highly renowned brands, cross-border. As NetBooster Denmark's MD, he manages major clients and business development.

Raúl Alcázar has 14 years of experience in the Digital Area. In 2003, he and three colleagues created their own agency, Evolnet Media. In 2008, NetBooster acquired this company, and Raul joined the Spain management team. He was appointed Managing Director of NetBooster Spain in January 2013.
Liz Blues joined the group in 2010 as Financial Controller after 20 years’ in Finance and Accounting within logistics and manufacturing industry. In October 2012 she was appointed UK CFO and is responsible for all the Finance / Accounting in the UK and is a member of the UK Management team.
Gilles joined in 2000, and has 20 years of experience in international business development within Internet & Digital Marketing. Gilles started the international expansion of NetBooster Group. He became an investing partner in 2005 and participated in the IPO process in 2006. Gilles is now focusing on international business development.

With 14 years of experience in digital marketing, Debora Casalaspro joined NetBooster Italy in 2007. First as Key Account Manager, then as Head of Strategy in charge of the online strategies for the challenging and high profile clients. Debora was appointed Managing Director of NetBooster Italy in April 2013.
Lennert De Rijk joined metapeople in September 2015. He co-founded and managed Internet Advantage NL which was acquired by Netbooster Group. For the last 10 years Lennert worked as MD for international agencies developing cross-border campaigns for blue chip companies.

Kim Engels has more than 10 years of experience in Online & Digital Marketing. He joined metapeople in 2007 after working for several SEO & Affiliate companies. Currently the MD of metapeople Switzerland, he is responsible for the Swiss market since his appointment in 2012.
Since 2008 Julius has worked with metaapes GmbH which specializes in affiliate marketing. He is, amongst others, responsible for the management and expansion of it's international affiliate business.

Joost Geerts is an experienced executive leader specialised in online sales, online shopping and publishing. Joost joined metapeople in September 2015 after supporting the development and realisation of digital strategy and large company transformations both as a consultant and manager.
Frank Glahn studied Economics and then started his working life at BBDO. Switching to traditional industry Frank worked for the US group Sara Lee as Finance Manager. As he once again felt drawn back to agencies Frank joined metapeople in 2008. His team is responsible for Finance and General Administration for our offices in Germany and Zurich.

Meike Hoenemann has been a member of metapeople since 2006 and heads International Business Development. In 2013 she became the CEO of metapeople GmbH and manages Business Development, Legal Affairs, Social Media, SEM and SEO for the company.

Carine started her digital career at Iando in 2005, following her experience in music production. She worked for Havas Media & Search as a customer relationship manager, where she was responsible for blue chip clients. In 2010, she joined Isobar as Performance Manager and moved to NetBooster as COO France in 2012.
Jan Klawer established the NetBooster Middle East and North African office in Dubai in 2012. As Managing Director he is heading up the digital team to service clients in the wider MENA region. Jan Klawer has more than 10 years of experience in Online & Digital Marketing, previously working in roles focused on the client and agency side of digital.
